Lola 2012
Lola 2012

I just had to tell you how much this sweet lil dog already means to me. For all she has been through being dumped and homeless and who knows what else, she continues to blow me away by the way she is so loving and trusting. Her foster mom, Brooke, has done a tremendous job with her. It makes me so joyful to see her and my lil Chewy (dog) run and play together. They are so happy. She completes our little family. Thank you FFLAS members/volunteers for making this possible. I am crying now because I don’t think you have a clue what you bring to families that have been through a major tragedy and loss. My son is so full of smiles too. He was in a car crash 10 years ago and is helpless. He cannot eat by mouth, walk, talk, etc. And we are always seeking some sort of happiness for him and Miss Lola is a huge hit. They are best buds and she rides with him in his wheelchair like a princess. Brooke, your act of kindness has touched our hearts. I can’t even tell you in words except THANK YOU. I hope this is a great reminder of the importance of what all of you are doing. We cannot thank you enough. FFLAS ROCKS!

Suzette
Suzette

FFLAS thank you so much for Susie!!! She is so adorable and such a doll. My other dog, Sassy is loving her new sister. They are the best of friends already. What is so amazing is that I haven’t had to give Sassy her anxiety meds to calm her down since I brought Susie home. We are all enjoying this wonderful dog so much. Thank you FFLAS.

Vince

Buster (white crown) and Tucker (formerly Vince) were both adopted from FFLAS. Buster was a puppy rescued with his 2 brothers and parents, all found great homes. Tucker was found at a truck-stop looking for a ride. We believe that he may have escaped from a trucker's cab unnoticed because he is such a great dog. They are now forever friends in a home where they run and play until they are exhausted.

Sasha2009

Sasha's mother was in the pound when she gave birth to 9 puppies. The family was rescued and each of them found homes. Sasha was one of the smaller puppies but has grown into a healthy standard sized Rott. She lives on her Loveseat waits patiently for her family's return each evening.

Molly

Molly, Abigale and Bonnie have all been adopted through FFLAS. Molly (standing) had been dumped full term pregnant. She was rescued and soon had 9 puppies by C-Section. All puppies found good homes. Abigale (middle) was rescued in country, starving and her coat so full of debris that she could not be lifted without causing her pain. Bonnie (small white)was rescued from the streets of Weatherford, dodging cars on Main Street. All 3 are living the good life and bring tons of joy to their family.
