Friends for Life was notified that there were puppies in a bar ditch near a gravel pit.  Truck drivers coming and going from the pit had been tossing out scraps to the pups but they were in danger, both from the vehicles and starvation.  Such gorgeous pups!! 

Jeeves is the smallest male pup of them and appears that he will be a Doxie-Lab or maybe Bassett-Lab mix.  His legs are so short compared to Jericho.  Very gentle and loving.  Water, water, water is his request.  He loves playing in water from the hose, trying to bite it as the water comes out.  Jeeves is the pup that wants attention from our volunteers.  Very oral, nipping at feet or clothes.  Licking hands and would kiss our faces if we allow it.  He wants to be where ever he volunteer is.
