Trigger He is strong and muscular and now about 90 pounds. My wife has a gentle leader and with that she can handle him on a leash. I can walk him without a leash and he behaves like a gentle dog - if someone comes in the driveway up to the house and he's loose all it takes is a command "its ok Trigger" and the stops and sits down. When we go to work, he stays in a 300 ft fenced enclosure and has a dog door to get into a heated garage in winter and also out of the sun and heat in the summer. He very well behaved all the time. and a wonderful pet. And his favorite thing is riding in the pickup, and his second favorite thing is sleeping on the bed so long as he can be touching one of us.
Hans Hans found a loving home with one of our volunteers. It’s amazing when a dog and a volunteer find their perfect match!
Dory Dory found a home with a sweet family with two kids. We are so happy she got to spend Christmas in a forever home. Her mom says she loves to sleep with her head in her hand. How sweet is that!
Talor Talor (now call Ellie) found a wonderful home! Ryan had this to say recently....
Ruby Ruby was feral for a long time before we were able to trap her. It took a long time for her to trust people again. Five years in the shelter but she finally got adopted by a couple who have rescued feral dogs in the past. They will be the perfect fit for Ruby! Here she is loaded up and ready to head home to Missouri. Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
