Amazingly, Tuffy was seen in a ditch off a busy road near Weatherford.  He was first thought to be a small wild animal, then was recognized as the tiny small dog he is.  When the rescuer's car stopped, he ran into her arms, and shook and shook. 

This little guy is love in motion.  He is so affectionate. He does appear to have been hit or kicked by someone however, as he shutters if you move your hands or feet near him, so lots of TLC is needed to get him to trust people again.  He is extremely young, so this should not be something that cannot be corrected.

He is fully vetted and ready for a Forever Home!
