Toulouse was a little street rescue, begging at an apartment door to come in for shelter from a rain storm.  Apartments were a "no pet" complex so we were able to find a foster for him.  He is a very tame kitten and appears to have been cared for well.  He is a bit of a talker and has the Siamese tone in his voice.  Wanting lots of attention at this time but should mellow out when he finds a forever home.
