Tupper was a street rescue by the Clinton Animal Control.  She is very loving and quick to learn.  She is a puppy, so chewing is to be expected.  Her foster mom is currently working on house training and the basic obedience commands, sit and down.  She wants to please and loves the attention involved in obedience training.
