Rainier began his life in foster care after his mother was surrendered.  He has only known the comforts of a home with loving moms.  He has had limited interaction with other individuals outside the home, so he will take a little time to trust others.  Being at the shelter now, he is meeting volunteers and getting acquainted to new people and things.  So far, so good on being friendly. He has never been outside so it is recommended he be an indoor only cat.
