Jagger was left at a community center in a small rural town.  He appears to have been well taken care of, and he was left where he could easily be rescued.  Jagger walks well on leash and is moderately active.  The breeds are best guess but reviewing photos, the Mountain Cur or Plott hound favor his appearance. 

Jagger has been doing well with housebreaking in his run but has shown some marking when on walks.  He was recently neutered and with time this issue should subside.  He is going to need secure fence for exercise or provided leashed walks or runs daily.
